Social prescribers
Our team of Social Prescribers accept referrals for patients who require additional holistic and wellbeing support. They work with the patient to create a safe, comfortable and independent environment to live in and are able to signpost to other support networks and services whilst having access to local community groups and activities.
First contact physiotherapists
Our first contact physiotherapists (FCP) act as a single point of access to help patients with musculoskeletal issues such as back, neck and joint pain by assessing and diagnosing issues, giving expert advice on how best to manage their conditions and referring them onto specialist services if necessary.
Our patient support team are trained to signpost patients who fit the criteria to see an FCP which in most cases will be within the same week and without the need of speaking to a GP.
